Shipping Policy for HQ Salonspa

This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery options, timelines, and costs for retail products purchased from the HQ Salonspa online store.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed through the HQ Salonspa online store are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • The processing time does not include the carrier's transit time.

2. Local Options (Sherwood Park, Alberta)

We are pleased to offer complimentary fulfillment options for our local clients in Sherwood Park, Alberta:

  • Local Delivery: We offer FREE delivery, typically arriving within 1–2 Business Days after processing. This option is only available for valid Sherwood Park addresses.

  • In-Store Pickup: FREE pickup is available at the HQ Salonspa location. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are generally available for collection Same Day. Please wait for the "Ready for Pickup" email confirmation before visiting the salon.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

For all destinations outside of Sherwood Park, we offer the following flat-rate shipping options based on speed:

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $15.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing): 3 – 9 Business Days

Express Shipping

  • Cost: $25.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing): 1 – 3 Business Days

Note on Delivery: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to external factors outside of our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has left our facility. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which should become active within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Liability

HQ Salonspa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damages: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator) to file a claim. Please keep all original packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Loss: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly.
